I am
originally from Cincinnati and moved to Chicago after
graduating from Miami of Ohio in 1995 with a degree in
finance and international business. My wife Molly and I
are residents and homeowners in the Lincoln Park
neighborhood. I have been in the real estate business
for ten years and with Century 21 Sussex & Reilly since
it opened in early 2000. In that time period, my
business has doubled virtually every year. Upon request I
am happy to provide references as well as a list of
specific sales similar to yours.
Hard Work
My personal philosophy of business is quite simple. I
believe in effective marketing, personal service, and
most importantly hard work. I work over 80 hours a week
and have an incredible group to assist me. I am easily
reachable via mobile phone or e-mail at virtually all
times of the day. I pride myself on my personal
commitment and long-standing relationships within the
community. As a result, the majority of my existing home
sales are generated through previous clients and
referral business.
Results!
I have been named #1 agent in Lakeview from 2002-2006, and in Lincoln Park for 2002. I have also been the
highest grossing agent at Sussex & Reilly for the last
six years. Most recently, my 2006 figures exceeded $136
million dollars in residential sales, elevating myself
and my team to one of the top producing groups not only
in Chicago but nationwide. We look forward to surpassing
that goal in 2007, while continuing to provide our
clients with the personalized and individual attention
they deserve. By having a qualified team of people
constantly available, we can ensure that all showing
requests are accommodated and that personal attention is
our top priority. We believe that this continues to
elevate us to the top of our profession.

Mairin Brady
Mairin is a Chicagoland native, born and
raised in the northwest suburbs. She graduated from
Western Illinois University with a degree in
communications. After a brief stint as a CDW account
representative, she joined Sussex & Reilly to pursue her
interest in real estate.

Lindsay Fath
Lindsay was born and
raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She began satisfying her
appetite for real estate at age 11 for her father's real
estate company. She attended Fairfield University
in Conneticut to study a related field. After graduating
with a Marketing Degree and a brief stint in the
advertising world, Lindsay's true passion for real
estate emerged. She just recently joined the Lowe Group,
but brings years of experience and a deep-rooted
interest in the industry.

Josh
Feeney
Josh is from Oakwood,
Ohio and attended Northwest State. He has been in the
real estate industry for six years. He spent the first
two years in the rental segment, learning Chicago’s
neighborhoods along with the different housing types. He
has been with Sussex & Reilly for the past four years. Josh has a wide
range of experience, from studio condominiums to
multi-million dollar commercial properties. Josh likes
to work with new developments, condo conversion and
investment properties.

Arno
Gerbrecht
Born and
raised in Chicago’s western suburbs, Arno moved to the
city to attend DePaul University where he received a
Finance degree from the College of Commerce. While
pursuing his undergraduate degree, he worked with a
trading group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. After
graduation, he went to work for an international
accounting firm, Ernst & Young and began his studies at
John Marshall Law School. Arno has been with Sussex &
Reilly for four years and has been working with Jeff
for three years.

Annette Hoskins
Annette was
born, raised and currently resides in Chicago. She
assists with the marketing and advertising of Jeff’s
listings. Before starting with the Lowe Team, she worked
for Sussex & Reilly for three years. She has a bachelor’s
degree in Communications from DePaul University and a
master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication
from Roosevelt University. As a licensed agent, Annette
likes to work with buyers in the Chicagoland area.
